My 2006 Plan

Within the little that i shown you, i download up a new audio recorder software. It is "super audio recorder".

This software is used to record clips from your stereo, LP, tape player and more. The 1st time i recorded a clip for more than 1 minute and didn't let me save it on a Mp3 because my computer didn't seen that it take Mp3 clips. I have to download to audio converter. The audio converter is used to convert from *.wav to *.mp3 or *.wma. The longest clips and record the more size like 50MB and more and going to go. I saved it all anyway at *.wav and then convert them to *.Mp3. The Mp3 is less lower as like 2MB.

I record it off my boom box with the new song "Pullin me back by Chingy and Tyrese". I might have recorded big on *.Wav at 29MB but it lower down between 3MB and 4MB on *.mp3.

Make sure is set correctly on going to volume control

MY FIRST TRY 1998, 2002, and 2005

Let me tell you a little story, how it got started. It takes me back to February 1998. I wanted to try this with the computer. I was thinking how to can experiment a boom box attach with a computer. I remove the L/R audio cable off the VCR to try that. When connect it in with the L/R audio cable from the boom box to the computer, it sounded it was some choir music when it test on the song in the following
Killing Me Softly" by the Fugees
Truly Madly Deeply" by Savage Garden

This was a test, but it didn't work out well. My idea for the 2nd time  got repeated again. I don't know what is wrong, but i been using L/R audio cable on another computer in April 2002. On both time I had to hold with left or right cable.

I try it for the 3rd time, in the summer of 2003 and then I really quit trying the experiment. I had to say it again "I quit".  It was all on windows 3.11.

In Summer of 2005, I came back with the experiment but with a different collection call the A/V (audio/video) cable. I used it to plug the deck tape player, it just work like the boom box, for sure. The sound started to work right for the 1st time. From now on, i should work it with the A/V audio cable not the L/R audio cable. I test it not with the sound recorder. The sound recorder works very good like it suppose to.

During this year, I used the my same stereo and the same Compaq computer but is upgraded to Windows 98. I connect the Yellow and black wire to the stereo at the back and the tip to the microphone. I open up the sound recorder and the volume control. For the Volume Control, switch to recording control. Select Microphone and bring the range a little bit to hear after done recording. When i'm ready i click on record in the sound recorder and test it if it works. When it is tested, the sound started to work, because like the headphone it has to be connect to a certain side.  I test couple if clips from the stereo and saved them too. Now, i'm ready to go on with my own business

Between  September or October of 2005. when i only had my portable tape player. I ideas is to connect to use the A/V cable is connect it to the computer. But , guess with my missing, audio splitter. When i left the house and go to the store, i was looking at some new connection to be connect to the computer. I found one, it is called the Audio Splitter. The audio splitter can be used for A/V cable and L/R cable.
For the A/V cable is simple. Connect it to the portable tape player with your splitter.

For the L/R cable, you can't connect it with your tape player, but you can use it with your stereo receiver, instead. That's the new ideas. I play on the radio, but recorded on sound recorder Try it, is going to be fun for yourself and others.

Before your go on to sound recorder, go to volume to control, go to properties to which to Recording control. Then, select MICROPHONE TO dial it a little up, not way up to be loud. After you are closing switch back or close volume control. Now you can go on to sound recording to try it.
